The following forms must be signed and completed to participate with the McKinney Mongrels organization.

3) Gerneral Family Registration Information
4) Mongrels Player and Parent Code of Conduct
5) Mongels Waiver and Release of Liability and Indemnity Agreement
While our McKinney Mongrel goal is development, we also never lose sight of why we play the game; to have fun, make friends, and teach our children how to grow physically and mentally, and with, accountability, responsibility, effort, and sportsmanship while dedicating our season to Jesus Christ.
These forms are a necessary formality to ensure that we as an organization are protected so we may always serve, educate and play for Him!
